Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.

It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst. As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people. The flight was smooth, on time and without any issues.
The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature. The plane was old and you are required to connect your own device to their Wi-Fi rather than have entertainment options in the back of the seat in front of you. The Wi-Fi went out during the flight and there was only one plug for the devices every two seats.
I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water. Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Nice to be on a flight that wasn't fully booked so there were only two of us in the three seat row. I suspect i caught flu on this flight as i could hear someone coughing a few rows back and ended up with flu a few days later. Also tiresome to have to watch movies on my device by holding up smartphone screen, would have liked to have in seat display. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep.
